Why This Exists

As we continue to grow, this measure was put in place to enhance the user experience by ensuring that only genuine bidders were participating, while also ensuring we have all the necessary contact info to reach our auction winners to arrange for payment and shipping.

Obtaining Your Refund

• Paying Online:  
  • We will apply the refund credit to all combined invoices.
  • If you pay through the automatically generated Tipo invoices, you will be manually refunded.
• Paying In Store:
  • We will apply the entry fee credit at checkout.
• Didn't Win Anything:
  • Please try again next week. All outstanding entry fee credits will be applied towards your first auction win.
