Knight Gobies are a species of brackish water goby that is able to adjust to a wide range of salinity. Their overall coloration is gray, punctuated by a horizontal line of regular dots.
Care
Knight Gobies grow to about 3.5" long, and should be kept in aquariums of at least 20 gallons. They're primarily bottom dwelling species, so should be provided with a fine sandy bottom. Multiple gobies can be kept in the same aquarium, but as a territorial species, they need to be provided with enough room and hiding spots to stake their own territories to avoid aggression. They shouldn't be kept with very small fish, as they may try to eat anything that'll fit in their mouths. They're not generally aggressive, but may nip at the fins of other fish entering their territory.
Diet
Knight Gobies are carnivorous, but aren't fussy eater, and will readily accept most prepared foods in addition to other meaty offerings.
