Coral Auction Rules, Payment & Shipping

Coral Auction Rules:

All participants must complete a one-time registration before bidding to ensure we have your contact info, and to ensure that only genuine bidders are participating.
Auctions run every week, beginning midweek, and ending Monday from 7:00-8:30pm Central with an accompanying live stream on Twitch.
Auctions are setup for 'Popcorn Bidding.' Any bids placed within the final 60 seconds of the auction will reset the clock to 60 seconds.
Discounts and coupon codes do not apply to auction items.
Free shipping over $300 discount does not apply to auction winnings.
Failure to pay for auction winnings will result in account bans.
All sales are final.
Please do not bid if you don't intend to pay. This ruins the fun for everyone, and takes corals away from other hobbyists.

Payment must be made through the link sent to your email within 24 hours.
If you won multiple items, we will send a combined invoice Monday morning.
We require a $100 minimum order for live goods shipping. You may add any live goods from our store to your order, or hold the shipment up to 1 week to combine with next week's auction to meet the minimum.
Winnings may be held for 1 week to combine with the following auction if you choose.
If you wish to add any items from our store to your order, please contact us at support@whitlynaquatics.com.
Upon receipt of payment, we will contact you by your listed phone number to arrange a delivery date.

Auction winnings must be picked up within 1 week.
