Coral Auction Rules, Payment & Shipping

Coral Auction Rules:

New customers must pay a one-time refundable $1 entry fee before bidding to ensure we have your contact info, and to ensure that only genuine bidders are participating. Once the entry fee is paid, you may use the single use $1 coupon code RegRefund good for anything in our store.
Auctions run every week, beginning midweek, and ending Monday from 6:30-8:00pm Central with an accompanying live stream on Twitch.
Auctions are setup for 'Popcorn Bidding.' Any bids placed within the final 60 seconds of the auction will reset the clock to 60 seconds.
Discounts and coupon codes do not apply to auction items.
Free shipping over $300 discount does not apply to auction winnings.
Failure to pay for auction winnings will result in account bans.
All sales are final.
Please do not bid if you don't intend to pay. This ruins the fun for everyone, and takes corals away from other hobbyists.

Payment must be made within 24 hours, failure to pay may result in account bans. Customers with multiple winnings, please wait till the following morning, and you will receive a combined invoice. Let us know if you would like to add any other live goods from our store to your invoice by emailing us at support@whitlynaquatics.com.
We require a $100 minimum order for live goods shipping. You may add any live goods from our store to your order, or hold the shipment up to 1 week to combine with next week's auction to meet the minimum.
Winnings may be held for 1 week to combine with the following auction if you choose.
Upon receipt of payment, we will contact you by your listed phone number or email to arrange a delivery date.

Payment must be made through the link sent to your email within 24 hours. If you wish to pay in-store, please contact us within 24 hours at support@whitlynaquatics.com to arrange a pickup date.
Auction winnings must be picked up within 1 week.
