Premium Shelf Rock is one of our most popular aquascaping options. Formed naturally from ancient reef structures, each piece is hand-selected and processed to represent the most premium shapes in the Marco Rocks line. Its broad, flat surfaces make it ideal for creating multi-tiered, shelf-style reefscapes reminiscent of natural coral ledges.
For best results, stack pieces as horizontally as possible and secure key junctions with E-Marco-400 mortar. MR Powder can be used to disguise joints, and we recommend placing Shelf Rock over MR Foundation Rocks for maximum stability. Natural color is perfect for new builds, while the Coralline option blends seamlessly into established systems or with our other Coralline rock products.
Our pieces have been cycled in saltwater, so they arrive as true live rock—biologically active and ready to support your reef.
