When used with Red Sea’s reef care recipes, it maximizes pigment saturation for vivid coral coloration while promoting growth up to twice the natural rate. With an alkalinity of 8 dKH, it is suitable for all reef aquarium types, particularly SPS-dominated tanks. By maintaining ideal levels and ratios of foundation elements, Red Sea Salt supports pH stability, seawater ionic strength, and essential biological processes, giving your corals a healthy and stable environment.
