Rainbow Montipora

The Rainbow Montipora displays a striking blue base coloration with polyps that shift in color from bright green at the colony’s center to yellow, orange, and then red toward the edges. This coral thrives under moderate to high light and moderate flow, which help bring out its vibrant color gradients. It is moderately easy to care for and is ideal for aquarists with some SPS experience. Rainbow Montipora grows in a plating to encrusting pattern, creating colorful layers that stand out in any reef aquarium.
