Acans and Micromussa corals are fantastic additions to any reef aquarium, offering vibrant colors, unique patterns, and interesting textures. Acans, also known as Acanthastrea, typically have large, fleshy polyps with bright colors ranging from reds, greens, blues, and purples, often with contrasting patterns. Micromussa corals, on the other hand, have smaller polyps and are known for their compact growth forms and intense colors. Both thrive with low light, moderate flow, and regular feedings.
